Origins of the Idea
The Solution
The concept emerged during a conversation with an old friend, who was searching for rehearsal space for an artist in Denver. As we tried to help, it became apparent that we lacked a comprehensive method for clients to locate our venues.
Several producer friends mentioned that, due to limited time and resources, they repeatedly use the same venues instead of exploring new ones. Similarly, Precision Dynamics International shared that they are constantly on the hunt for new ride and drive venues. Other event producers echoed these challenges.
These conversations led us to question whether a tool existed that could catalog venues, resources, entertainers, and vendors in a single, accessible location.
This realization sparked the creation of a new website designed to serve as a centralized resource for event producers and related professionals.

Event Safety Alliance (ESA) is a dedicated non-profit membership-driven organization that plays a crucial role in promoting the principle of “life safety first” throughout all phases of event production and execution. This organization is steadfast in its mission to equip event professionals, staff, and guests alike to be Empowered, Safe, and Aware of the reasonably foreseeable risks that may arise around them.
